to and business coaching, founded by Jon Wigley. We are a professional service organisation focused on enabling businesses, and the people within them, to fulfil their potential via business coaching support.

Typically, we focus on the sme market (small/medium size enterprises with up to 250 employees).

We provide our business coaching support by:

  • Establishing the core ambition of an individual, a team, a company;
  • Evaluating the existing capabilities to fulfil the ambition, identifying blocks, and additional needs;
  • Creating a programme to maximise the existing potential and build where necessary;
  • Observing the implementation of the programme, and providing on-going feedback support
  • Mentoring the highest level of performance

This support can be provided:

  • Via Telephone/Skype
  • Via Internet/email
